Welcome to the ENC book club page!  This is a new network that is open to everyone and anyone.  The idea is that we all read the same book and then meet to discuss it.  It's as simple as that really!

It won't be too "high brow" and we'll try to read a variety of books (although they will mostly be fiction).  We will meet every 6 weeks or so and I'll give you plenty of warning what each book will be.  It will be a good opportunity to get to know new people and will be "blurred edge".

The Covenant received mixed reviews on Tuesday and scores ranged from 2.5 to 7! We had a good discussion on it though, particularly about Amish life.

Our next book is Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder. We will meet on Tuesday 21 September at Nicola's house to discuss it, at 8pm.
