CHRISTMAS AT ENC
Come and join us through December for Christmas songs and stories which give us hope in turbulent times. Christmas reminds us that God is for us and with us, and it’s our prayer that you experience that as you join in. Bring your friends!
3rd Dec
Join us for our core @ 4 advent Sunday Gathering at Providence Chapel as we begin looking at the Christmas story and our experiences of Hope, Peace and Joy.
Beer & Carols @ Bomba (ESSENCE & ENCYA)
For any students or young adults, this is a great evening of singing carols and spending time with one another that you don’t want to miss. Doors open at 7!
5th DEC
Presence is an extended, unhurried time of worship and the aim is to go deeper with God, with the Holy Spirit's leading, and experience his refreshing goodness, power and joy. It takes place at St Stephen’s Church with doors opening from 7:15pm.
8th DEC
Please join us at our 2023 ENC Youth Christmas Party (11-18s) for an evening of all the essential Christmas festivities. There will be a Christmas dinner with all the works, games, crackers, films and more. Invite your friends and let’s celebrate the end of term together in style! It will be at Unlimited Church from 6:30-9pm.

9th DEC
We are heading into the city centre on Saturday to invite people to our Carols on Sunday (invitations supplied!), and to see if we can offer to pray for anyone, or tell them about Jesus!
We will be meeting at 11am at the church offices (22 Southernhay West, EX1 1PR).
Please join us if you can! We have a message of hope that people desperately need to hear this Christmas.
10th DEc
ENC Kids (ages from 4-11) are having a Christmas Party! The afternoon will be held at St Stephen’s church from 3pm and will be filled with Christmas joy and activities. We will be playing Christmas games and making some Christmas crafts. We would LOVE for children and families to be inviting! Please sign up here.
On the 10th Dec there will be no 4pm gathering and instead we will be having our Christmas Carol gathering at 6:30pm at Providence Chapel. Please join us for a great evening of carols, prayer and a short talk.
We would love to see you there and do invite friends and family too!
12th Dec
Mid-week Sparklers Christmas Party
Mid-week Sparklers are having a Christmas Party! This will be during our normal Sparklers session so the same time and location. We will be at Southernhay United Reformed Church from 9.30-11am and there will be lots of Christmas activities. We will have biscuit decorating, pass the parcel, christmas crafts and lots more fun. It is £2 per family and there will be tea, coffee and mince pies for adults.
17th dec
Please join us for our family Christingle service at 4pm where we celebrate the light and hope that Jesus brings. We’d love to encourage all those who want to, to come to the Christingle dressed as a character from the nativity.
There will be no 6:30pm gathering.
24th dec
On Christmas Eve, there will be a 4pm Gathering with Holy Communion at Providence Chapel and no 6:30pm gathering.
25th dec
This will be a joint Gathering with Rediscover Church at Providence Chapel at 10am on Christmas morning. It will be a shorter all-age gathering where we will come together to celebrate the birth of Jesus. There will be worship, a short talk and lots of fun and we would love to see you there.
31st Dec
New Year’s Eve Get-Together
Come and join us for mulled wine, coffee and chat on Woodbury Common; kids and dogs very welcome, walk optional.
