Sunday Team Leader
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of the church before the service and supporting the volunteer team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your tasks will include setting up, using a provided checklist to guide the setup process, coordinating with volunteers, and monitoring the service for any important details or unusual occurrences. You will also be tasked with tracking attendance and reporting key information after each service. This position requires someone who can arrive at 3:00 PM to manage the setup process effectively.

Connect Team
Welcome Team
The connect team at church is dedicated to helping newcomers feel engaged and informed. They assist attendees in filling out hello cards, which serve as a way for individuals to connect and learn more about church activities and community involvement. The team is available to answer any questions, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Hospitality
Gate keeping
The hospitality team helps create a welcoming atmosphere during our services. They prepare teas and coffees and chat with people who stop by for a drink. Often serving biscuits as well as drinks, the role is crucial in helping create a strong sense of family and community at ENC.

The gate keeping team stands near the entrance during services to welcome anyone who arrives during the service. They also help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone inside, making sure everyone feels secure and supported throughout the service. Their presence contributes to a welcoming atmosphere for all.
