    Rich oversees worship and 18-25's (Essence) at ENC. He has a passion for seeing lives changed and miracles happen as we worship as well as a love of excellent music! He also loves to see young people step into their fullest potential in whatever God is calling them to as they step into mission.

    Lauren is the children’s worker of the church. She adores working with the children and families of ENC and loves to see children meeting with and discovering more about Jesus. Lauren is also involved in communications at ENC including social media and the monthly newsletter as well as finance admin.

  • Christians Against Poverty Manager ~ part-time ~ email

    Liz heads up the Exeter Christians Against Poverty debt advice centre. As one of 3 trained debt coaches she delivers award-winning debt advice in the city. The centre helps clients deal with unmanageable personal debt, aims to bring God's love and hope into very difficult situations and order out of financial chaos.

    Liz is also an advocate for ACTS435, a giving website that allows people to give money directly to others who are in need.

    Toby is our administrator, he works alongside Steph to help maintain the day-to-day running of the church, supporting the other staff and answering your questions on the phone and by email. Toby is also our welcomer for newcomers to the church, so please feel free to get in contact with him and ask him any questions you may have.

Leader community

The Leader Community is a regular gathering for anyone who leads something at ENC. The aims are: to build up a strong core of leaders who love and support each other, for leaders to have a big picture of what is happening across ENC, to receive training and inspiration to grow in leadership, eating and drinking together. Leader Community happens about once a term.
